Just seven short years ago, we asked our readers to "Please Meet ... Andrew S. Chumney," our newest associate at Peacock Keller. Now, Please Meet Our Newest Partner (effective January 1, 2011), Andy Chumney. During these seven years, Andy has moved from diverse work in litigation and school law to concentrating on serving our property and mineral law clients at which he has become quite knowledgeable.
An honors graduate at Washington & Jefferson and a Law Review Editor at Duquesne Law School, he has more than fulfilled our expectations at Peacock Keller.
The past seven years have seen other changes in Andy's life. Son Christian is now 15 and attends Canon-Mac High School. The new addition is Ava, aged three, who keeps wife, Jennifer, busy. But Andy still golfs in any spare time he finds.
True to his Ohio roots, Andy remains a die-hard Ohio State sports fan. It is interesting that he came to W & J as a football recruit of the legendary coach, John Luckhardt. At Peacock Keller, we and our clients appreciate this recruiting coup. When next you see Andy, please congratulate him on his promotion to Partner at Peacock Keller.
