Peacock Keller In Action

  • Don Formoso gave an informative presentation on the recent changes in Pennsylvania law with regard to Powers of Attorney at the Washington County Winter Bench Bar in January.
  • On the evening of Friday, March 20, 2015, Peacock Keller personnel and family members once again gave their time and talent to support the Washington Rotary Club’s annual Charity Trivia Contest. Rachel Lozosky, who is also a member of Rotary, again led the Peacock Keller team, which also consisted of Doug Nolin, Kate McCoy, Marlene Nolin and Kelsey Nolin. Our team finished in a respectable eleventh place out of 35 teams. As always, the biggest winners were the various charities supported by the Washington Rotary Club, which received $7,500.00 in funds generated by the trivia contest.
  • Peacock Keller’s Managing Partner, and resident card shark, Rick Amrhein played in Monongahela Valley Hospital’s second Blackjack Tournament Fundraiser at The Meadows Casino on February 19th. While Rick was the only one at the table, Jon Higie and Susan Roberts also attended the fundraiser to lend their support. According to an article published by Monongahela Valley Hospital the tournament attracted 160 players and raised nearly $20,000 for the non-profit Carroll Township Hospital.
  • For the fifth consecutive year, Peacock Keller participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh’s Bowl for Kids’ Sake event. The firm collected individual donations and sent a team of six Peacock Keller representatives to support BBBS. Team members included Susan Key, Susan Roberts, Andrew Chumney, Diane Ward, Beth DAlessandro and Kate McCoy. Bowl for Kids' Sake is the largest grassroots fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters and this particular event raised $18,798.00, enough money to support fifteen new transformative mentoring relationships.
